Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and ALL forms of Paypal.com payments. We do not accept money orders or personal checks, sorry.

Q: I LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, What are your shipping costs? Can my package be tracked?
A: You have the option of either First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail, all methods INCLUDE delivery confirmation (tracking) and you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY and what are your shipping costs? Can my package be tracked?
A: YES! Our International customers are VERY important to us and actually count for about 50% of our customer base, W-O-W!
For MOST countries you have the option of First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.

  • -If you choose First Class YOU WILL NOT GET TRACKING and we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages!!
  • -If you choose Priority mail OR Express Mail, TRACKING IS INCLUDED as well as some insurance.

Q: How long will it take for my package to get here?
A: It depends on the shipping method you choose, however all packages are shipped out within 2 business of payment.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click on the 'Customer Service' tab that is at the top of each page. From there you will be able to see all of your account information, including order activity.

Q: Are you SURE that your items are 100% authentic, really, REALLY sure??
A:Yes, really, REALLY sure! We order directly from the brand name company or their licensed distributor, and they wouldn't dare sell us fake goods!

Q: I saw something on your site a couple days/week/months ago, but it's not there anymore! Will you get more in stock?
A: Well...that's a tough question. MANY of the companies we work with release 3-4 catalogs a year, which means that a certain design only gets printed for a couple months and then it is discontinued. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but sometimes you just have to move on to the "latest & greatest". Of course, for those of you who are REALLY holding out, hoping and wishing for something to come back in stock, just shoot us an email and let us know what you need!

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We don't normally sell wholesale. However, for a LIMITED TIME we are accepting wholesale orders on JUNK FOOD tees only. If you plan on ordering 10+ shirts, please email us for details at: info@mytrendytees.com.

Q: Hey, I live in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, can I come pick-up my order instead of paying for shipping?
A: We current don't offer local pick-up.
